Payment Options

Diptam Art supports the following payment options:

  1. Credit Card
  2. Debit Card
  3. Net Banking
  4. Wallets/UPI
  5. Cash on Delivery

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount displayed in your order summary at checkout.

Unauthorized Charges

  • If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on diptamart.com and have not created an account or made a purchase, check with family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf.
  • If you still cannot recognize the charge, report the unauthorized purchase within 14 days of the transaction. Email us at support@diptamart.com so we can investigate.

Payment Failures

  • In the event of a payment failure, please retry while ensuring the payment details (account information, billing address, password for net banking, UPI ID, etc.) are accurate.
  • Check for any internet connection disruptions during the process.
  • If your account is debited after a payment failure, the amount is typically refunded to your account within 7 business days.
  • For clarifications, email us at support@diptamart.com with your order number.

Cancellation of Order

  • Once an order is paid/confirmed, we do not accept cancellations.
  • If the item has been shipped but not delivered, you may cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the original item back from the courier.
  • In the case of cancellations, courier charges and transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once delivered; in such cases, you need to follow the return process.
